Saturday morning football for children from age 5 to 13. We are based in Solihull with our senior matches and junior development held at St Peter's School.
Solihull Little League Football aims to provide organised football for children of all abilities, both boys and girls.
25 Years of Solihull Little League
We are adamant that "win at any cost" mentalities are inappropriate for our age group of team sports.
Solihull Little League has been in operation for over 25 years and follows the Little League Football rules and principles. Our primary goals have not changed to this day:
“Solihull Little League prides itself on its strong community involvement. The emphasis is on mass participation rather than elitism, on enthusiasm and effort rather than talent. Players, as well as their parents, are encouraged to develop team spirit, self-discipline, and sportsmanship.”.
Solihull Little League is for boys and girls in reception (aged 5) through to school year 8 (aged 13).
We have two age groups: •
Juniors & Panthers: Reception (age 5) to School year 5 (age 9).
Seniors: School Years 6 to 8 (age 10-13).

11 aside competitive football matches held every Saturday morning.
Our six senior teams are comprised of boys and girls with mixed ages from school year 6 to 8. So if your child joins and enjoys it, they could be part of the same team for 3 years!
We have our own mini leagues for Autumn and winter where each team plays against each other twice. The season starts in September and ends in May.
To spice things up a little bit, we also hold 2 Cup competitions for the teams which take place in the winter and spring.
Matches are played every Saturday morning at the same venue in Solihull, so there is no travelling around to away games which parents find very appealing.
Matches are 25 minutes each half.
Kick off times are 9am, 10am and 11am.
Seniors Season:
Autumn League (10 games), Pat Duke Memorial Cup (3 games), Winter League (10 games), and Spring Cup (3 games) are the four competitions within the season, so each team playing approximately 26 games in the season.
Little League is a fantastic creation. It provides an inclusive, safe, and pressure-free environment where children of all abilities can experience the joy of playing football as a leisure activity.

FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
Held each Saturday morning.
Developing football skills in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Our inclusive environment focuses on the fundamentals of the game. Our structured training sessions, delivered by FA qualified coaches not only focus on ball skills but they are also designed to encourage self-confidence and teamwork.
REDS TEAM - AUTUMN LEAGUE WINNERS 25/26 Season
Well done to coach Stephen Robbie and his Reds team. Undefeated in the league. They won all 10 games and only conceded 2 goals during this campaign.
WHITES TEAM - AUTUMN LEAGUE RUNNERS UP 25/26 Season
